Sandblasting
Glass Sandblasting is the Process ofBlasting the surface of the glass with fine grit particles like silica which slowly erodes the affected area of the glass producing a frosted white appearance. Only the area being sandblasted will be affected while transparent areas are masked off with vinyl for protection.
We have a Wide range of Designs for our clients to choose from, clients are also welcome to bring in their own designs which can be replicated using our purpose built graphics software.
We also Stock and install Sandblast Effect Vinyl, Which has the same appearance as sandblasted glass but in the form of a vinyl sticker. The advantage of Vinyl Sandblast is that should the client which to change their design in the future it’s a simple case of replacing the vinyl and not replacing the glass which would be the case with the conventional sandblasting process.
